The Crude Oil Bottle-neck, that has brought the price of Crude down to the low 60's, is more of an influence on oil prices, than the worries of a cold North American Winter. The price of Crude Oil isn't going anywhere until the US Refineries are back on line, and catch up with lost production.

Light Crude Oil is slowly moving back down settling at $62.63 a barrel.

The National Average Price for Regular Unleaded Gasoline is currently $2.816 a gallon.
