Better Gas Mileage

The rising price of gasoline is reducing our buying power and there is little we can do about that. But what we can do is, get more miles out of the gas we buy. Getting better gas mileage & gasoline conservation is our only way out of this dilemma! I have started this Blog to inform people about what they can do to conserve gasoline and the current issues in the petroleum industry that may affect the price of gasoline. Gas & Oil News

The jump in prices at the pump over the weekend was a "Supper Sticker Price Shock"!
The National Average Price for a Gallon of Regular Unleaded Gasoline increased 7.1 cents a gallon since Friday to a record $2.484 a gallon.
Light Crude Oil sold at $67.00 and settled at $66.27 down 59 cents a barrel from Friday. Don't let this little hick-up in the price of Crude Oil fool you into thinking it is a sign of relief. US Gasoline Inventories have dropped Two weeks in a row and US Refineries are struggling to keep up with the heavy summer driving season demand.
